DIRECT SELLING AGENT (DSA) AGREEMENT
Flora Life (A unit of Flora Green Energy Industry)

1. परिभाषा एवं उद्देश्य
Flora Life कॉस्मेटिक, आयुर्वेदिक, हर्बल, ऑर्गेनिक व FMCG उत्पाद बेचती है।
DSA का कार्य इनका प्रचार व बिक्री करना है।

1. Definitions and Purpose
Flora Life deals in Cosmetics, Ayurvedic, Herbal, Organic, and FMCG products.
The DSA's role is to promote and sell these products.

2. पंजीकरण व शुल्क
पंजीकरण मुफ्त है।
कोई प्रवेश शुल्क या अनिवार्य खरीद नहीं।

2. Registration & Fees
Registration is absolutely free.
No joining fee or compulsory purchase.

3. स्वतंत्रता व स्वरोजगार
DSA स्वतंत्र प्रोमोटर है, कोई वेतन नहीं मिलता।
आय केवल बिक्री पर निर्भर होगी।

3. Independent Status
The DSA is an independent promoter.
No fixed salary; earnings are based on sales.

4. कमीशन व आय संरचना
कमीशन निर्धारित योजना के अनुसार मिलेगा।
योजना में परिवर्तन संभव है।

4. Commission & Income Structure
Commissions will follow the compensation plan.
The company may revise the plan periodically.

5. कूलिंग-ऑफ अवधि
45 दिनों के अंदर सदस्यता समाप्त कर सकते हैं।
गलती से ली गई राशि लौटाई जाएगी।

5. Cooling-Off Period
Agreement can be terminated within 45 days.
Mistaken fees, if any, will be refunded.

6. आचार संहिता
जबरदस्ती या गलत वादा नहीं।
ग्राहकों से ईमानदारी जरूरी।
कंपनी ब्रांड की इज्जत करें।

6. Code of Conduct
No coercion or false promises.
Be honest with customers.
Respect company branding.

7. अनुबंध समाप्ति
नियम उल्लंघन, गलत जानकारी या धोखाधड़ी पर सदस्यता समाप्त हो सकती है।

7. Termination
The agreement can be terminated on violation, false info, or fraud.

8. गोपनीयता
आधार, पैन, बैंक डिटेल्स आदि को सुरक्षित रखा जाएगा।

8. Privacy Protection
Aadhaar, PAN, and bank details will be kept secure as per policy.

9. न्याय क्षेत्र
किसी भी विवाद में चंडीगढ़ (U.T.) का क्षेत्राधिकार रहेगा।

9. Jurisdiction
Any legal dispute shall fall under Chandigarh (U.T.) jurisdiction.

10. घोषणा
मैं उपरोक्त सभी शर्तों को पढ़कर सहमत हूँ।
